In 2021, Rep. Cammack was a lead sponsor of the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act and its discharge petition. It set the record for the most co-sponsors on a single day for the introduction of the discharge petition. In 2023, she was a lead sponsor of the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which passed the House in January 2023.
