Florida voters have made their voices loud and clear: they overwhelmingly support reproductive freedom, but Republicans continue working to strip away those rights. While some politicians try to have it both ways, Todd is the only candidate in this race who will never compromise on protecting abortion access. He will oppose attacks on reproductive rights, fight to restore abortion protections in Florida, and ensure that politicians have no place in personal medical decisions.
Todd is ready to ensure everyone has access to an abortion in Florida, regardless of their income, and will work to reverse regressive anti-abortion laws in Florida.
Todd will also fight for a Florida that is safe and inclusive for everyone, standing up to antisemitism, hate groups, and political extremism to ensure that all communities are protected.
As the Executive Director of SAVE, Florida’s longest-running LGBTQ+ civil rights organization, Todd has worked to protect fundamental freedoms, fight discrimination, research social determinants of health, and advocate for policies that improve the lives of all Floridians.
He’ll work to create local jobs, better wages and transportation.
He will invest in public education, ensure teachers receive the pay they deserve, and expand access to vocational and technical training so every student can succeed.
Todd will work to reverse the "Don’t Say Gay" law, along with expanding protections for the LGBTQ+ community from discrimination.
Todd is committed to keeping development decisions local and supports Home Rule. That means protecting local control and demanding transparency about a project’s water use, electricity demand, and infrastructure needs. Families should not have to subsidize developers through higher bills or pay for the upgrades these facilities require. Todd will insist that developers bear those costs and that residents have a voice in decisions affecting their homes.
He will work to lower property insurance rates, stop price gouging, and protect the environment to prevent climate change from causing catastrophic economic consequences for Florida families.
Todd will fight for stormwater and drainage improvements, stronger infrastructure, and the resources communities need to prepare for extreme weather. His work on Hollywood’s Sustainability Advisory Committee showed him why local knowledge matters, and he will work with communities to address the flooding residents experience in their own neighborhoods.
Todd is ready to implement common-sense gun reforms that will reduce not just mass shootings, but everyday gun violence.
He will fight to expand Medicaid to lower healthcare costs and empower Florida to negotiate lower prescription drug prices.
Todd supports Medicaid expansion and bringing available federal healthcare dollars home so more Floridians can receive treatment before a manageable condition becomes an emergency. He will fight for the staffing and resources hospitals need to serve our communities, because access to care depends on having nurses and doctors available when patients need them. Todd will also work to lower healthcare bills through a transparent system that puts patients first, with timely insurance decisions that help people get treatment.
He believes every child, parent and senior deserves quality healthcare and a chance to live a secure life.
He will work to lower property insurance rates, stop price gouging, and protect the environment to prevent climate change from causing catastrophic economic consequences for Florida families.
Todd will fight corporate price gouging, work to bring down the cost of gas and groceries, and support targeted tax relief that leaves more money in your pocket. He will also take on developers driving up housing costs and support down-payment assistance to help working families put down roots.

Bringing Down Property Insurance Rates You can do everything right, pay your mortgage, and maintain your home, yet still face an insurance bill that makes staying there impossible. Todd will fight to cap rate hikes and hold carriers accountable when they refuse to pay legitimate claims. He also supports stronger incentives for storm protection and home improvements that reduce risk and help homeowners protect what they have built.
