Position on major issues

Abortion and reproductive policy

PROTECT WOMEN’S REPRODUCTIVE FREEDOM I have always supported women’s reproductive freedom and the fundamental right to make personal healthcare decisions without government interference. These are deeply private matters that should remain between a woman, her doctor, and her faith — not dictated by politicians or state mandates. Medical choices, especially those involving reproductive health, are complex and often urgent. They require compassion, expertise, and trust — not legislation. By keeping the state out of the exam room, we protect both medical integrity and individual liberty.

Criminal justice and policing

I support eliminating Florida state toll charges for 100% disabled veterans and disabled law enforcement personnel.

Economy, jobs and wages

Florida drivers deserve meaningful choices when it comes to their insurance coverage and deductibles. I support reforms that give consumers more flexibility and help bring down the cost of auto insurance.

Elections and voting

Every eligible Floridian should be able to participate in our elections. I oppose unnecessary barriers that restrict voters' access to the ballot.

Healthcare

I support Medicaid expansion to provide healthcare access for low-income children and adults with disabilities. If federal resources are available to help Floridians and strengthen our economy, we should have a serious conversation about putting those resources to work.

Housing

Homeowners are facing unacceptable insurance costs. I support continued reforms aimed at making coverage more affordable and accessible for Brevard families.

Brevard should be a place where people who work here can afford to live here. I support policies that expand affordable housing options for working families, seniors, veterans, and other residents.

Veterans

I support eliminating Florida state toll charges for 100% disabled veterans and disabled law enforcement personnel.
