As for flock cameras, if we are to have them, flock cameras must be used in accordance with the following: • Must be used only if an emergency is activated such as murder, rape, kidnapping, or a hit and run • A warrant must be issued for the data to be used and used for a certain person and time • Data cannot be accessed at any time by anyone who wants to access it just because they feel like • Data accessed must have a chain of command from who authorized it and who accessed it must be known • Flock camera software must be owned by the State of Florida and run on servers owned by the State of Florida and hosted within Florida data centers • Data cannot be accessed by any entity other than the State of Florida and data not used in a crime must be deleted within a reasonable time
